Hurricanes are an amazing fast and furious workout! The Hurricane was developed by Martin Rooney, creator of Training for Warriors. This is repeated in three circuits for three sets. Hurricanes can be done with bodyweight, making it perfect for the park!

Lanai Coffee has a whole day of activities lined up including photo booths, on-site pet adoption with Gateway Pet Guardians, chair massages and a free concert in the afternoon!

Hope to see you there!
