Travel to wine-producing regions around the world through a four course dinner hosted by a wine expert. Chefs from Catering St. Louis will create the regional menu, pairing each course with a different wine from the same region. Dinners will be served at various locations around the Missouri Botanical Garden and are held on the third Friday of the month. 6:30 p.m. $58 (plus 18 percent service charge and tax). Mixed Grill of Pork Tenderloin Kabob, Shrimp, Braised Chicken with Papaya Chutney and Cilantro-Mint Chutney
Second course
Mini Curried Greens Pot Pie, Spicy Chickpea Salad with Arugula and Raita
Third course
Grilled Lamb Mince Skewers over Winter Squash Grits, with “Chakalaka” and Grilled Shallots
Dessert
Malva Pudding with Candied Ginger, Milk Tart with Shaved Chocolate
